Our proprietary "Axio" is a composite of wool and uniquely cross-sectioned polyester yarn. It retains the benefits of wool, such as natural antibacterial and deodorizing effects and not feeling cold when damp, while the polyester provides quick-drying diffusion.
This ultra-lightweight fabric excels in anti-pilling performance and offers the smooth texture and comfort unique to wool. With its relaxed cut, it can be comfortably worn not only for outdoor activities but also for daily life and indoor activities.
Bishu refers to the region in Owari Province, including Ichinomiya City in Aichi Prefecture, which is globally renowned for wool processing and development. The entire process from yarn production to product completion is conducted within this Bishu area, utilizing development cooperation from various factories, making it a made-in-Japan material.
The MOB series features a hoodie made from the hybrid wool material AXIO. In this material, polyester yarn is spirally embedded within the wool yarn, supporting moisture absorption and swiftly wicking sweat. Unlike traditional products that combine wool and polyester, which often have a rough texture due to polyester wrapping around the wool, AXIO’s polyester fibers run in a spiral shape inside the yarn, avoiding surface roughness and providing a smooth texture. This results in a comfortable feel and exceptional anti-pilling strength. The raglan sleeve pattern makes it easy to move your shoulders, suitable for activities like hiking and running.
